Okay finally blogging aft such a long time, recently been addicted to a new mmorpg game haha, Red Cliff Online, so did not feel like blogging. Well because of the game, my fitness is going down down down.. Last sat, had the Nike Human Race 10km, because of the game, lol the entire week before it i did not run at all. Eventually, the race i took an hour and half, walked for like 2km as well..
So here now, im gonna come up with my fitness plan ! Here goes, sat sun is soccer n frens day, so its out. after 2 days of soccer, mon gotto rest my legs, but if no injuries whatsoever, gym is fine after sch. Tues sch lasts the entire day, but the night is free, so i will jog. wed will be gg gym, before work. Then thurs, since sch starts at 10, i will practise waking up early and run before sch. finally fri, will be gg gym, as well as some light jogging. haha sounds rather crazy man. so ill have one day for rest, either on mon or wed.
Sat Sun - Soccer Mon - Gym/ rest Tues - Night running Wed - Gym/ rest Thurs Morning running Fri - Gym + light running
My plan to achieve greatness haha.
Today during my boring tiring tuesday sch, i had a rather fun art lesson, my lecturer gave us an assignment to do. We are suppose to use our weaker hands to sketch out 15 vehicles using pen, can be real or can be fantasy. Then out of the 15 our lecturer will choose one for us to draw out a detailed piece of it, including shading and stuffs. haha so here below are the sketchs i did, the one circled out was the chosen one. I have not done the final piece yet, but there was some time left and roughly sketched out the spaceship.
