Happy birthday man reuben ! today his 18th, haha wish him all the best for his final year as well as soccer by getting more assists haha, hopefully to me. Okay so we planning to celebrate at T3 this fri, can celebrate shihan's new bike, as well as tian's birthday, maybe weijie's too since his at sweden, being at the airport will be nearest to him haha.Okay today woke up at 10am, finally was able to push myself to go jogging. Start off my jogging routine, i decided to time my 2.4 today, and it was 12mins 22secs, dun think it was good enough, and i was almost dying. This shows how my fitness has dropped so much since the sundown. So now its time to train, tues wed and thurs ill jog in the morning, and maybe 2 - 3 days of the week ill go gym as well. haha fri and mon is to rest from and for sat sun soccer. okay so now gonna leave for jurong east swimming complex, gonna chill with abel tian and shihan, haha thx to shihan's tiredness, got time to blog. So my routine for at least till 1 more month, morning excercise, afternoon chill with friends, aka gym, swim, shihan's hse haha, and finally at night work work work, $$$.
