So what an interesting holiday come to an end.Unfortunately, the last day of holiday ended in a wrong note. Do not really feel like blogging, but nevertheless will sum up my hols. This hols, was unlike any other i had so far during poly, i felt fit and busy. Every week, gym, swim,cycle, work, play. thanks to the shihan, im able to cycle to his house almost like 3 days a week which is only at queensway. Then with him guiding me in gym, i feel that my body is in pretty good shape. After gym or soccer, swimming at his house too to cool down, when the sun's out, can sun tan. okay and i have been cycling very often as my means of transport, feel like and wanna save on my ez link, all for BIKE. Then work has been normal, only that been working more with shihan, not so boring at work now. Finally as usual soccer on weekends. |
